Creamy potato and leek pie

Tried this pie found in kitchen flavours, but I alter some of the ingredients. The pie crust is easy and crusty, good to try. Recipe for the crust:

250gm all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
130gm unsalted butter
1 egg

For the filling, I boiled some cubed potatoes, then stir fry my leeks with shopped garlic, onions and some bacon with butter. Added cili flakes, rosemary and chicken granules. When its done mix the potatoes and let it cool.

For the liquid, I used a small cup of yogurt, 2 eggs, black pepper, a pinch of salt n sugar with 2 tbsp of milk.
