Food made by Ryan

It has been so long since I posted the food I made, partly because most of them are repeated.. no new or exciting food and also only cook for Jaden now as Ryan is abroad now. Here I post some of the food that he prepared.

 It has been while since I last posted in my blog, made this for Jaden's breakfast today. The sauce is store bought and its tasty.

Chicken kiev with mashed potatoes and peas

Came across this recipe by Jamie Oliver on TV one day and decided to make it for the boys. It's super easy and tasty. Chicken breast was wrapped with butter and parsley(I used coriander), then instead of filo pastry, I wrapped them with popia skin. Brushed top of wrapped chicken with combination of oil, vinegar(any type) and crushed garlic and bake in oven of 180C for about 20-25 mins.

For the mashed potatoes, just boil potatoes and towards the end add peas and mashed with butter, season with salt and pepper.

🎂Today is Ryan's birthday, I made Basque burnt cheesecake to celebrate his special day. Followed my favourite youtuber "Emojoie"'s recipe, so easy to make. Will make another soon.🎂
