Fried Korean rice cake

Jaden is a big fan of Korean rice cake. Today I made fried Korean rice cake hokkien style my way. Added some mince meat, fish cake broccoli, mushroom, cili padi, shallots and garlic. For seasoning I put soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper and shao shing wine.
