Fried rice cake Shanghai style

Had wanted to fry rice cakes, so today I did it. Ingredients are rice cake (store bought - soak overnight), yellow onions, carrots, garlic, Napa cabbage and soaked shitake mushroom. Condiments to add are soy sauce, water from soaked mushroom, oyster sauce, shao xxing wine, a piece of salt and sugar. Garnish with green onions.
