Curry Udon

The boys love Japanese curry. This time I tried it with udon noodles. I followed the recipe by Chef Masa, who is a Japanese chef residing in Taiwan. Basically I used some grated garlic & ginger as the base. Then added some potatoes, carrots and onion not forgetting the protein, chicken. I marinated the chicken with some local curry powder and salt. Lastly I used some tomato paste and Japanese curry cubes for flavour.
