Ingredients for baked omelette are red and yellow capsicum, ham, chives, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, eggs and bread as the base. Oil the base of the baking tray to prevent any sticky situation. Prepare egg mixture add some black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion and garlic powder with some salt. Cut everything into cubes and lay them on the bread. Spread some cheese on the veg and pour the egg mixture. Baked at 180 for about 20mins.
