Katsudon

While browsing "Just One Cookbook", this caught my eye. The chef baked her pork cutlet, which is healthier. So here it is, my baked breaded juicy pork cutlet with eggs in simmering dashi broth on hot steamed rice ( katsudon) served with hot miso soup (store bought). Nice japanese breakfast!
