Brioche

 Wanted make a rich bread to go with my coffee. Stumbled upon this recipe by "Hojugyver". Its nice!

Brioche

Recipe:
1/2 cup warm milk

1 tsp instant dry yeast

1/4 cup sugar

3+1/4 cup flour

3 eggs

1 tsp salt

room temperature butter 100g

Bake at 180C for 30-35 mins

 Here are some latest pics of Panda Chez. Keat bought them a dog bed which only lasted one night. Next morning it was torn at a corner and cotton spreaded everywhere on the porch.

Pull apart cinnamon bread

Made this for tea time today using youtuber "Hojugyver's"recipe.
Recipe:
1cup boiled water

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup cold milk

3 tbsp sugar

1tsp yeast

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp oil

1/2 cup full cream milk powder

3 tbsp butter

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon powder

2 cups flour

Bake at 180C for 40 mins

 It's MCO 2.0 again today😞. Made these pull apart bread. from youtuber "Hojugyver", a Korean man, very good at baking.

French baguettes

 I love crusty bread. Had been finding suitable recipe to try out. Found one from youtuber CUKit. Simple and fun to watch their videos.

Recipe: 

Flour 500g (bread or all purpose, I used all purpose and tried half the portion)
Water 300ml
Yeast 5g
Salt 10g
Bake at 250C for 20 min. (my. oven 25mins)

Very simple to make, try it if u love crusty bread like me.

My new dogs - Panda & Chez

 It's almost 2 years since the departure of Chiki, frankly I still miss her so much😔. She will always be in my heart.

On 8 Nov, Keat and Jaden surprised me by adopting Panda. They picked her up from a lady who rescue strays.  Panda doesn't look healthy when she got home as  she has worms in her  intestine and  rejected food. We rushed her to the animal hospital when she vomitted and had diarrhoea. Eventually after lots of prayers, some medication and force feeding, she got better.

As for Chez, she was adopted on 9 Nov when we picked her at an animal grooming shop. She was taken care by an aunty since birth but was put up for adoption. Totally different character from Panda, she is very active, playful but timid.

Lately she has parasite attack as her immune system got weak, hereditary from her mom.
