Brioche

 Wanted make a rich bread to go with my coffee. Stumbled upon this recipe by "Hojugyver". Its nice!

Brioche

Recipe:
1/2 cup warm milk

1 tsp instant dry yeast

1/4 cup sugar

3+1/4 cup flour

3 eggs

1 tsp salt

room temperature butter 100g

Bake at 180C for 30-35 mins
