Katsudon

While browsing "Just One Cookbook", this caught my eye. The chef baked her pork cutlet, which is healthier. So here it is, my baked breaded juicy pork cutlet with eggs in simmering dashi broth on hot steamed rice ( katsudon) served with hot miso soup (store bought). Nice japanese breakfast!

I have wanted to try making bread at home. Well this is the simplest bread making method i could find inspired by Gordon Ramsay vis his youtube video. Turned out nice and very delicious especially when it first came out from the oven.

I was inspired by Panasonic's recipe, tried them from asian food channel. Turned out quite well.

Fried cauliflower rice

Today i tried cauliflower fried rice. Added some button mushrooms, carrots, onions, garlic and french beans, not forgetting eggs. As i have leftover japanese fried rice seasoning, i added them. Not bad!

Weekend big breakfast

Once in a while the boys will love it when i make western big breakfast for them. Here it is..... air fried fish fillet with sautéed mushroom, mashed potatoes and fresh cherry tomatoes.

Spaghetti puttanesca

Have been wanting to try this pasta for sometime, at last i made it. Ingredients are simple just garlic, onion, chili flakes, olive, capers, basil, tomatoes and most important is the anchovies! remember to add shredded parmesan too.

Nasi Ayam Kurma

Made ayam kurma for the first time, used Adabi spices but instead of coconut milk, i substituted with yogurt, still taste yummy. Also added some green peas for colour and hard boiled quailed eggs as requested by Jaden.
