Rice day

I made tonkatsu rice for the boys today and kimchee fried rice for myself. Jaden likes his rice with a bit more of gravy, so i put more sauce for his rice. Ryan has to go to school in the morning, i have saved his portion for him to try in the afternoon.

Its Halloween today...

finally its here.... the boys are excited to get their treats & can't wait for the halloween contest results to be announced.....I made Mac & cheese for breakkie today..I made myself some pumpkin soup for the fun of it.. the pumpkin is super sweet, given by ma.

I try to make the boys eat variety of bread.. so i made pita bread chicken burger for breakfast today. Jaden gave me a thumbs up..

Pasta & meatballs

Today's breakfast is pasta meatballs. Jaden likes the shell pasta & Ryan doesn't like those, he prefers spaghetti. I added some  cherry tomatoes sauté with garlic, parsley & basil..

Potato & corn soup

Today's highlight is my potato & corn soup, which Jaden surprisingly loves it..yay! He also likes the sesame & poppy seed buns that his ku-ku made, spread with his favourite garlic butter.

Omelette wraps

Had some wraps left in the fridge, made this for the boys this morning. Since Jaden is an egg lover, i added some of the remaining omelette for him. Ryan loves the mashed potatoes.

I sometimes wonder why Jaden hesitated to try the food that i made for him. Was it so bad? but if yes, the other picky eater will not touch the food either...sigh... hard to please everyone..
