Vietnamese pork with couscous

This recipe was created by Marion Grasby. Very simple yet delicious. I added more carrots, yellow pepper and some Choy sum into the pork stir fry for the boys. It uses minced pork, sliced onions and minced lemongrass. Seasoning includes brown sugar, fish sauce and recap manis. Instead of rice, I changed it to couscous. For added protein I top it with a fried egg.
