Takoyaki

I've done takoyaki before but this time it's Jaden who wants to learn how to do it. I cheated as I don't have octopus, I used fake crab roll. Instead of putting the batter first followed by the vegetables, I mixed everything together. 
My recipe for a cheat's takoyaki : plain flour, some rice flour, an egg, Japanese anchovies seasoning, spring onions, cabbage and some water. Garnish with some salmon flakes, Japanese mayo, takoyaki sauce and some aonori(dried green seaweed). Makes 12 balls.
