Ramen with vegetarian broth

I made some charsiew using Nami's Just One Cookbook's recipe. Boys had ramen with vegetarian both using Nami's recipe. Oiishi yo!!

Spaghetti and baked meat balls

Today the boys had spaghetti and baked meat balls. I like making meatballs in big batches and freeze the leftover for emergencies. This time I followed the meatball recipes from good chef bad chef, a cooking program shown on AFC. Ingredients as follows:

Minced meat, olive, fresh basil, EVOO, salt and pepper ( easy and delicious ). As for the tomato sauce I cheated by using canned tomatoes, onions, garlic, black pepper, salt and fresh basil. Cook till everything comes together and blitz the sauce for a smoother texture.

It's school holidays now. Boys woke up early to help prepare their breakfast which is good as they can learn extra skill - cooking! We did grilled chicken chop.

It's that time of the year again. This year is special as Jaden is graduating from primary school and also he got his UPSR results. He has done us proud! Good job to all the effort,  hard work does pay off with a little luck!
