Tried making these mini murtabak as there were some leftover popia skins in the fridge.
Recipe as follows, cube potatoes, carrots and onions. Chopped some garlic, ginger, coriander and green chilies. Get some curry leaves as well. Stir fry onion, garlic, green chilies and curry leaves till aromatic. Spices to add were curry powder, cumin, coriander and garam masala. Add potatoes, carrots and cooked till they are soft. Add some frozen peas, a cube of chicken stock and beaten eggs. Wrapped them in popia skin then brown them in a pan.
