Peanut butter & cream of corn pancake and Spiral pasta goreng kampung

Had an idea of making my version of "mang chang kuih". I use pancake mix for the pancake & spread peanut butter & cream corn on it. Jaden loves it.

Some perencah "goreng kampung" was sitting too long in my pantry.. Since i still have phobia for fried rice, i opted for pasta. Throw in some carrots and french beans with fried  anchovies for the kampung taste. I used spiral pasta for this. Top it up with a fried egg.
