Got some leftover cranberries in the fridge and what a coincidence, my elder sister posted a cranberry cake recipe on her website, "Mama Ding's Kitchen". Tried and it's delicious. Japanese cotton cheesecake a.k.a "Uncle Tetsu's" cheesecake

 Ryan requested a Japanese cotton cheesecake. Found this recipe by blogger "Nino's home" and tried it. Also baked some sausage buns for breakfast.

Margherita pizza and Banana kaya

 As Ryan is preparing for his trials, I made breakfast this weekend. Yes, it's his favourite ...pizza. Dough was adapted from blogger "Savor Easy".

1 cup warm water

1 tsp instant yeast

3 cups all purpose flour

1/4 cup oil

1 tsp salt

3 tbsp sugar ( I used 1 tbsp)

Bake at 230C for 20mins or until cheese turns golden brown.

No bake raspberry cheesecake

Bought a packet of frozen raspberries from Tesco and tried out this no bake cheesecake. I like simple to make recipes. First try, still got room for improvement!
