Bread sushi

Made this today, instead of rice i substituted with bread. Added fried eggs, blanched french beans and luncheon meat. Top with some salad leaf and japanese mayonnaise.

Salmon Inari sushi

Made this today with salmon, pan fried with japanese soy sauce. Mixed the rice with sushi vinegar and vegetable furikake.

Crabby Patty

Jaden requested crabby patty for his 10th birthday, thanks to Spongebob.  Happy Birthday son! 

My recipe as follows; Mix crab meat with mayo, dijon mustard, garlic powder, freshly grind black pepper, salt, crunched corn flakes, parsley and an egg. Mould it into patties and bake it @ 180 C for 20-25 mins, drizzle some oil on the patties before baking.

Roast chicken with couscous

Came across this roast chicken byDonal Skehan on tv. It was very easy to prepare, just marinate the chicken with cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, paprika, ground ginger and yogurt. Best to marinate overnight then roast it about 180C for 40 mins.

I used the chicken gravy to prepare my coucous, added some peas, roasted onion, cheery tomatoes and garlic.
