This reminded me so much about Baker's Brothers at UOA... they served the best croissant sandwiches i ever had with their freshly brewed coffee. I hope the boys like it too.

I made some tomato & peppers bruschetta on friday, with some leftovers of cherry tomatoes & peppers, i stirred up some spaghetti with chunky bacon bits. Guess who's favourite dish is this...yep its no other than Ryan. Jaden don't like the tomatoes as he finds it too sweet to his liking.

Spiral pasta with paprika sausage

Stir fry spiral pasta with some peppers, onions, garlic & paprika sausage. For added taste i mixed some tomato pesto into Ryan's portion & basil pesto for Jaden.

Pan mee or mee hoon kueh

Our kids loves pan mee. Ma used to made these noodles for jaden when he was younger as he refused to eat rice. She had to toss & roll the dough to make them chewy. These days she no longer have the time & energy to make them... but she found a good vendor in the market which to her delight, the quality of the noodles, passes the taste bud of her grandchildren which is quite high... hmmmm.....
