I followed Marion's recipe for this Onion pesto and prawn spaghetti. Very easy and delicious. Coarsely pound spring onion, ginger, garlic and cili padi (both my addition) with some salt. Heat up some oil with a teaspoon of sesame oil then pour into pounded stuff. Stir fry prawns and add spaghetti and pesto.

Mom had some homegrown mint leaves and I was craving for biryani, so made this for breakfast. Pan fried a chicken drumstick for extra protein for the boys. Recipe which I followed (can find it under you tuber "Spice Eats"):

Today's breakfast is simple asian noodle dish. Ingredients are garlic, onions, leek, Chinese cabbage, enoki mushrooms, bird's eye chili for some kick. Other ingredients include pork balls, egg, fucuk, and my miso chicken from previous recipe. not forgetting noodles.
