Japanese curry ramen

Today's special, Japanese curry ramen. This time I added some pumpkin into the soup base and grinded them to form a thick soup. in the soup there are carrots, potatoes, garlic, ginger and onion. I used store bought curry bouillon. For protein there are raw eggs and pork slices. Top with boiled ladies finger to complete the meal.🍜

 Today's breakfast was polish kielbasa with mashed potatoes and coleslaw.

Mini strawberry cheese cake

Made these no-bake mini strawberry flavour cheese cake and they are so easy to make. Mix room temperature cream cheese with strawberry jam. Add some vanilla essence and squeeze some lemon juice. As the strawberry jam is already sweet I did not add any sugar. Whipped the whipping cream till soft peak and mix it to the cream cheese. For the base, I used coffee flavour Marie biscuit. crushed them and add melted butter. Boys love them!

Both had a fight over treat, Panda injured her leg (her carpal pad almost severed). As it was late into the evening, I did not let her wound to be stitched as it will need anaesthetic and she need to be at the hospital overnight. So the vet just did dressing to her wound and gave antibiotics and painkillers.
