Tried another flavour today, pandan and raisins.... taste yummy!

Tried with the same recipe but added some chocolate powder and a bit of instant coffee powder.

Tried this butter rolls, its nice and soft perfect with a cuppa. Used recipe by this you tuber Savor Easy, recipe as follows:
1 tbsp sugar 10g
2 tsp active dry yeast 6g
1 cup milk 237ml (please use warm milk, evap, or fresh or UHT milk)
½ cup unsalted butter (110g)
1 large egg
3½ cup all purpose flour (437g)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 tbsp oil for bowl
Eggwash 1 egg and 1 tbsp milk
Note: I used the teaspoon measurement

Open face sandwich with homemade crusty bread

I finally found the recipe for a crusty bread which I love ....yay... and its so easy... no proofing! It's from Nagi of Recipe Tin Eats! Needs 5 ingredients which are plain flour, milk, sugar, oil and baking powder..

Tomyum flavoured tuna quiche

Got leftover pie crusts made this today. Stir fried tuna with tomyum paste, onions, garlic and capsicum. Added some fish sauce. For the egg mixture I used plain yogurt and some milk.
