Mashed potato pancake

Was watching Rachel Ray on a lazy afternoon and saw her preparing mashed potato pancake. I had 2 potatoes left and all the ingredients needed, so here it is for breakfast today.

Made bagel sandwich for breakfast today. The boys woke up late as they we so excited to sleep after opening all their presents yesterday night.

Baked potatoes

I plan to stuffed the potatoes in its "shell", but i boiled them too long and were too soft to take its shape. Had to baked them in a baking dish instead, but my supporters like them very much.

I have a few bottles of pasta sauces in my storage and some supermarkets are having good promotion on these sauces. I could not resist to buy some of it, so have to use some in order for the new ones to stock up.

Keat's big breakfast

Jaden had sausage and peas couscous. Ryan had a store bought chicken lasagne, as i still don't have mood to cook.

Christine made some gingerbread cookies. The kids love them.

 Keat managed to loan the takoyaki pan from his friend yesterday. Jaden was so excited and asked me to make him his favourite unagi takoyaki.
